If you've driven past our K-Legacy site in Princeton, FL recently, you've probably noticed the transformation. What was once an open lot is now buzzing with heavy equipment, graded pads, and the first visible outlines of future homes. Where K-Legacy Is Today: Site Grading and Utility Infrastructure
Our latest site visit shows K-Legacy in an exciting early construction phase. The land has been cleared and graded, giving crews a level, stable base to build on. Along the center and eastern edge of the site, you can see the utility backbone of the community taking shape: trenches for water, sewer, and stormwater lines are being dug and lined with pipe sections, with access points already installed ahead of paving.
At the northern end of the property, crews have begun staking out building footprints — the first visual sign of where each building will sit. Heavy equipment, including excavators and graders, continues to move soil and prep pads across the site, while material staging areas hold the pipe, aggregate, and framing components that will fuel the next phase of work.
This stage of construction — site prep and underground utility installation — is one of the most important in the entire building process. Getting the grading, drainage, and utility lines right now means fewer issues (and delays) once vertical construction begins.
